社長メッセージ

　タイオー株式会社は、「幸せな老後をつくる」を合言葉にして設立しました。現在、日本では増大する高齢者のニーズに医療・介護制度が悲鳴をあげ、「介護難民」や孤独死、あるいは認知症患者の急増が心配されています。
　「在宅介護をしっかりさせる」というのが政府の方針ですが、「誰が」「どのように」「いくらで」できるのか、具体策が十分に提示されているわけではありません。
　弊社は、高齢者が希望する場所で「幸せな老後」を過ごせるように、医療・看護・介護サービスが連携した在宅医療サービスへの支援を行っています。

Our Mission

Taio Co., Ltd. was established with the slogan “Creating a Happy Elderly life”.
Currently, in Japan, the medical and nursing care systems are struggling to meet the increasing needs of the elderly, and there are concerns about a sharp increase in the number of "nursing care refugees'', people dying alone, and patients with dementia.
The government's policy is to "Improve home care,"but it does not provide enough concrete measures regarding"who should provide it,'' "how,'' and"at what cost.''
Our company supports home medical care services that collaborate with medical, nursing, and care services．
Our mission is to create a Happy Elderly life where they want to be.
